ABOUT ME
Growing up in Finland, the birthplace of Nordic walking, I first Nordic walked as a teenager to cross-train for cross-country skiing during the summer season. Having lived in the UK for more than a decade, I now want to bring a piece of Nordic wellbeing to the people of Teesside and North Yorkshire.
